<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily open a data file to the public. SOLUTION: In the case that a data file in a storage device 34 in a public opening device 24 is read by using a reading device 26, first a reading side communication terminal 31 gives a call setting control signal to a publicly open side communication terminal. A communication form discriminating part in the publicly open side communication terminal 28 decides if data communication is requested, based on an information element in the call setting control signal. When data communication is requested, a communication control part in a server 33 in a device 21 connects a line for conversation between two communication terminals 28 and furthermore establishes a logical communication path for data communication. Furthermore, when the reading of other data files except a data file in the device 34 is requested from an information terminal 30 of the device 26 after starting data communication, the data file in the device 34 is transmitted.</p> |
