<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump and pump unit of simple structure which can be manufactured simply and can send out a fluid certainly. SOLUTION: A pump unit includes an external cylinder 1 and an internal cylinder 2 having inside a fluid chamber 12, installed in the outer cylinder and also having a pressurizing chamber 3 between the outer surface and the outer cylinder inner surface, and a pressurized fluid is supplied to one end of the pressurizing chamber mating with the fluid supply side of the fluid chamber, and in the condition that the internal cylinder in the applicable portion is expanded and intruded into the fluid chamber to put the fluid unlikely to counterflow, the residual portion is also expanded so that the fluid is sent out from the fluid exhaust side of the fluid chamber. When the pressurized fluid is exhausted from the pressurizing chamber and the internal cylinder is restituted to the initial condition, a new fluid is taken into the fluid chamber.</p> |
