PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent meandering during drive without damaging guide dimensional accuracy by making a reinforcement tape to which a guide made of elastomer is adhered adhere to both ends of the inside of a base material of a seamless belt. SOLUTION: A non-adhesive surface of a double drawing polyester pressure sensitive adhesive tape, to one side of which an acrylic adhesive is applied with a thickness of 5μm, is wiped by ethyl alcohol, and then one-component alcohol solvent type semi solid cold setting silicone rubber is extruded on the treated surface to make a guide 5 with a width of 5 mm and a height of 0.6 mm. The guide is left as it is at a temperature 25 deg.C and at humidity of 55% for 72 hours and hardened to manufacture a pressure sensitive adhesive tape 4 with a guide. The pressure sensitive adhesive tape 4 with the guide 5 is made adhere to the inside of both ends of a seamless belt 3 made of polycarbonate with a thickness 200μm, a diameter of 200 mm and a width of 200 mm with the adhesive surface pressed thereto, and then both ends of the guide 5 are made adhere to each other by room temperature silicone rubber to form the guide as a continuous body. |
