PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a processing time than the execution of a prescribed processing for whole pixels by executing the prescribed processing for every pixel of the pixels of an input picture and calculating the pixels value of the unprocessed pixels that the prescribed processing is not applied by means by a prescribed function by which a calculating quantity is smaller than that of the prescribed processing. SOLUTION: The prescribed processing is executed for every pixel of the pixels of the input picture. Then, the pixel value of the unprocessed pixel that the prescribed processing is not applied is calculated by the prescribed function being the one which adopts the pixel values of the processed pixels being adjacent to the unprocessed pixel as the argument and by which the calculating quantity is smaller than that of the prescribed processing as an argument. In this case, the unprocessed pixel is interpolated based on the pixel values of the four processed pixels. Thus, the prescribed processing is executed only to the half of the whole pixels and the pixel values of the remaining pixels are calculated by the prescribed function by which the calculating quantity is smaller than that of the prescribed processing so that the processing time is shortened than the execution of the prescribed processing for the whole pixels of the input picture. |
