PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately hold a cylindrical base substance in the same position without contacting with the outside surface and without damaging the inside surface by symmetrically fixing plural same-shaped disk-like hookingly holding members on plural rotary shafts symmetrical to a support shaft in a symmetrical position to the support shaft so as to be dislocated from the maximum outside edge diameter virtual circle center. SOLUTION: Disk-like fixing plates 2a, b are fixed at a required distance to a support shaft 1, and rotary shafts 3a, b are installed in parallel in a symmetrical position to the support shaft 1 between the fixing plates 2a, b so as to be interlocked/ revolvingly driven. Disk-like hookingly holding members 4a-1 to 4 are penetratingly fixed to the rotary shaft 3a, and disk-like hookingly holding members 4b-1 to 4 are penetratingly fixed to the rotary shaft 3b by respectively symmetrically making a pair with the support shaft 1 in a position dislocated from the center of a disk. They are inserted inside a cylindrical base substrate in a state where an inter-peripheral distance between the disk-like hookingly holding members 4a, b-1 is shotest, and the outside edge of the disk-like hookingly holding members 4a, b-1 is brought into pressure contact with the inside surface by rotating the rotary shafts 3a, b to thereby accurately vertically hold the cylindrical base substance 10. |
