PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To electrically connect contacts installed closely on a substrate by including a hole part which passes through the substrate through between a first surface and a second surface and an elastic mutual connecting device, having a first and second cap members on an facing side surface of the hole part in each mutual connection path. SOLUTION: An elastic mutual connecting device 10 includes a first cap member 18 arranged on a first side surface 12 of a substrate 14, a second cap member 20 arranged on a second side surface 16, and an intermediate stem member 22 installed in a hole part 17. These cap members 18, 20 can be formed with a normal method, and these shapes are of truncated cone, for instance. Between both the cap members 18, 20, a cylindrical intermediate stem member 22 is installed. The intermediate stem member 22 can be formed into the shape of a homogeneous metalizing particulate mutual connecting device, for instance, by the normal method. Or conductive paste can be filled in place of the stem member into space between the cap members 18, 20. |
