SYSTEM TO GRADUALLY TRANSMIT SUB-BAND

摘要

PURPOSE: A system to gradually transmit sub-band is provided to improve an energy convergence of low and negative frequency band of image signal. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a low pass filter(200) and a compressor(210). The low pass filter(200) of cross type performs filtering for passing at low frequency band, and outputs a signal of low and negative frequency band. The compressor(210) performs a down sampling to the output signal from the low pass filter(200) of cross type, and outputs a compressed signal of low and negative frequency band.
