PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bedding excellent in preventive effect of bedsores and comfortableness for sleeping by providing two or more mat bodies having different hardness in a trunk direction. SOLUTION: Two or more mat bodies 11-16 extending in a body width direction are provided in a trunk direction. A mat body 15 having a high hardness is arranged in an area of a lumbar vertebra part M1 where a skeletal structure of a body M in lying-down position is projected upward, and the mat body 15 is composed of two or more mat bodies 151-155 so that a hardness increases toward a center of the trunk direction. A mat body 13 having a low hardness is arranged in an area of a part M2 where the skeletal structure of the body M in lying-down position is projected downward, and similarly a mat body 11 having a low hardness is arranged in a heel part M3 so as to projected downward. Thereby, it is possible to lie down in a position extremely similar to a standing-up position, and comfortableness for sleeping, preventing of bedsores and curing of a posture can be achieved. |
