摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a burden on a subject by preventing repeating of measurements and extension of measuring time due to measurement errors. SOLUTION: When a measuring beam is correctly irradiated on a blood vessel to be measured, a signal beam from the part to be measured is allowed to pass through an objective lens 2, a band-pass mirror 6 and an image rotator 10, is reflected by the lower reflecting surface 11a of a galvanometric mirror 11, received by two photomultipliers 27, 28 from two directions via a relay lens 12 and a dichroic mirror 23, and outputted to a signal processing part 32 by a system control part 29. Output signals that are continuously outputted from the photomultipliers 27, 28 are intermittently sampled into a memory in the signal processing part 32 at intervals of 10 seconds whenever necessary, and after the output signals sampled are converted from analog to digital form at the signal processing part 32, fast Fourier transform is performed to display FFT waveforms on a television monitor 33. By repeating a first step, an examinant can determine whether or not good measurements are made by viewing the FFT waveforms displayed on the television monitor 33 in real-time.</p>
