<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly cut only an elastic body without damaging a base sheet by attaching the elastic body on the base sheet so as to provide an adhered part and a non-adhered part, and press-cutting only the elastic body of the non-adhered part. SOLUTION: An adhesive is applied to one surface of a base sheet 2 by an adhesive application part A, and an adhered part 4 and a non-adhered part 5 between two adhered parts 4 are provided. A plurality of thread-like or strip- like elastic bodies 8, 8... are guided by an elastic body attachment part B so as to be parallel to each other in a stretch condition, and attached to the base sheet 2 through the pressing by a guide roller 6. In addition, a covering sheet 10 covers the attached elastic body 8. The elastic body 8 of the non-adhered part 5 is press-cut by the pressing with a projecting bar 14 of a roll cutter 12 and a smooth roller 13. Only the elastic body 8 is easily cut without damaging the base sheet 2.</p> |
