<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce red beefsteak plant wine having good taste using red beefsteak plant as a raw material. SOLUTION: This red beefsteak plant wine is produced by extracting the red beefsteak plant with water in the presence of citric acid at 0 deg.C to the normal temperature, removing the red beefsteak plant, adding sugar to the obtained extract, successively heating the extract at a temperature range of 50-100 deg.C for several seconds to 5 minutes and fermenting by keeping at the normal temperature in a dark for 10-15 days.</p> |
