PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin molded article with excellent appearance. SOLUTION: A molded article contg. a thermoplastic resin as a matrix resin and a glass fiber as a reinforcing fiber is provided and 2-20 vol.% glass fiber are incorporated in the molded article and wt. average fiber length of the glass fiber is 0.8-1.8 mm and the glass fiber with a length of at least 2 mm is at most 20 wt.% in the whole glass fiber and the glass fiber with a length of at least 3 mm is at most 5 wt.% of the whole glass fiber.
