<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of an exclusive grommet and to sharply reduce the costs of a grommet, by a method wherein two kinds out of a divided body which comprises a tube part for washer hose connection passed through a diameter-expanded tube part, a divided body which comprises a tube part for insertion and passage, and a divided body which does not comprise both, are used so as to be coupled by sandwiching a wire harness. SOLUTION: A first divided body 11B which does not form a through hole in a half body 13B at a diameter-expanded tube part 13 is prepared. A second divided body 11A in which a tube part 30 for a washer hose is installed at a half body 13B is prepared. In addition, a third divided body in which a tube part for a hood opener is installed at a half body is prepared. For example, when the first divided body 11B and the second divided body 11A are combined so as to be used, a wire harness W/H which is composed of a wire group is covered with the first and second divided bodies 11B, 11A from both sides in a direction at right angles to its axis. A lock claw is inserted into a lock frame 17 so as to be locked and coupled in a state that the wire harness W/H is sandwiched. After that, a tape is wound from a small-diameter tube part up to the wire harness W/H, and a grommet is fixed to the wire harness W/H.</p> |
