PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a webbing take-up device without hurting even if the wind up torque difference between a large spring and a small spring is set to large. SOLUTION: An inertia plate 44 having a certain mass is arranged in the gap between the disc 40 of a spring seat 36 and a small spring 34. A clutch spring 50 is arranged between the hole 46 of the inertia plate 44 and a winding cylinder 38. Even if the spring seat 36 is rotated in a webbing winding direction by the elastic force of a large spring 64, the inertia plate 44 stands still and the clutch spring 50 is wound to the winding cylinder 48. As the small spring 34 is rotated with a small rotational angular velocity and made to an entire stick state, even if the elastic force difference (winding torque difference) between the large spring 64 and the small spring 34 is set to large, the hurt is not generated. |
