PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network game system and a game sum-up data display method for immediately reflecting game results in respective terminal game machines on ranking and displaying the ranking even in the case that a low- speed network is interposed between the terminal game machines and a sum-up host. SOLUTION: The game results in the respective terminal game machines 403 are sent through shop hosts arranged at respective business bases to a nationwide sum-up host 401 and summed up and sum-up data are prepared. The nationwide sum-up host 401 transmits the sum-up data to the respective shop hosts 402. In the respective shop hosts 402, the sum-up data sent from the nationwide sum-up host 401 are stored, and when the request of the sum-up data arrives from the terminal game machine 403 the sum-up data for display are prepared by reflecting the game result on the stored sum-up data sent to the terminal game machine 403 and displayed. Also, instead of providing the nationwide sum-up host 401 the sump-up data can be transferred so as to be circulated among host computers 402. |
