<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a supporting means, save a space, easily adjust height, facilitate manufacturing and reduce cost. SOLUTION: A pair of left and right fixing bolts 3 is erected from a lower part metallic hardware 1 having a caster 2 on its lower surface, and both side parts of a clamp metallic hardware 4 to fasten and fix on an elbow pipe A are fastened and connected to these both fixing bolts 3 free to adjust height by a proper number of nuts. Thereafter, the caster 2 is placed on a horizontal and flat floor slab 10 of a base isolated building free to rotate and move.</p> |
