FIELD: water treating equipment employed in water supply systems and heat supply systems, as well as in systems requiring stabilizing water treatment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has electrolyzer with cathodic chamber and anodic chamber having circulation circuit which is closed via unit for correcting cation content of electrolyte, filtering produced calcium carbonate and degasifying it in desorbent. Gaseous electrolysis products are absorbed in absorber or burnt, and products of this process are directed to desorbent. Such construction allows content of corrosive impurities such as oxygen, carbon dioxide and anions of strong acids, to be decreased and thus corrosiveness of water to be reduced.
