摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the formation of strains causing stress onto a bulk thermal spraying material. SOLUTION: The method for thermally spraying a bulk deposited metal to reproduce a master die 11 has a stage (a) in which, for forming a thermally spraying die 10, ceramic is cast around a master die, and solidification is executed, a stage (b) in which the thermally spraying die is detached from the master die, and, after that, the thermally spraying die is heated to a temp. to effectively maintain fine structural transformation in the metal to be thermally syraped onto the thermally spraying die by isothermal diffusion, a stage (c) in which, for forming a deposited metal 39 having a bulk thickness, allotropic metallic particles are thermally sprayed onto the heated thermally spraying die at a temp. higher than that to maintain the thermally spraying die in such a manner that the allotropic metallic particles are collided with the thermally spraying die or thermally spraying particles which have been deposited in advance, a stage (d) in which the heated deposited metal is held for a long time sufficiently for subjecting the particles of the deposited metal to diffusing reaction by which internal stress caused by the deposition and solidification is released and a stage (e) in which the deposited metal is slowly cooled to a room temp. for forming a uniform product free from strains in the thermally spraying die.
