PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a readily assembled glass panel excellent in productivity and improve heat insulating properties of the glass panel having plural spacers provided between opposing opposite surfaces of plural glass plates and prepared by forming a gap between either one of the opposite surfaces and the other opposite surface, capable of maintaining the gap airtight in the peripheral part of both the glass plates and arranging a sealing material capable of integrating both the glass plates in the peripheral parts of both the opposite surfaces. SOLUTION: The one end side of each of the plural spacers 3 is arranged on either one of mutually opposing opposite surfaces 2 and bonded. The other end side of each of the spacers 3 is formed into a smaller diameter than that of the one end side so as to provide the height from each one end side with the set value. Thereby, each contact end part 3a capable of coming into contact with the other opposite surface 2B is obtained and the contact end part 3a is composed so as to be relatively movable relatively to the other opposite surface 2B.
