PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move down a window glass even when a vehicle is submerged by providing a down-motion back up circuit which turns off an up/down drive circuit and forcibly drives a down-drive relay. SOLUTION: An autoswitch 12 and a manual switch 14 output up/down signals to a microcomputer 19 to rotate a motor 39 through up/down transistors 21, 23 and drive relays 27, 29 and move up and down a window glass. When a movable contact 15 is brought into contact with a fixed contact (e) and a manual up/down switch is turned on, a transistor 44 is turned on and the up/ down transistors 21, 23 are turned off. On the other hand, a down-drive relay 29 is driven to rotate the motor 39 to move down the window glass. In this way, even when the actuation of the microcomputer 19 is abnormal, the window glass can be securely moved down. Accordingly, even when the vehicle has been submerged, the driver can easily escape from the window. |
