PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell loaded roof tile capable of simply mounting a solar cell on a roof tile substrate at a low cost, being surely mounted, surely discharging rain water from the surface of the roof tile substrate and enduring the use over a long period of time. SOLUTION: A solar cell loaded roof tile 1 is so constituted that solar cell 13 is provided to a recess 21a provided to the surface of a roof tile substrate 21, and the cell loaded roof tile 1 on an upstream side is overlapped with an upper edge of the solar cell loaded roof tile 1 on a downstream side toward a ridge section from an edge of eaves, and an upper edge of the solar cell loaded roof tile 1 is nailed on a roof substrate to successively roof. In that case, a drain gutter 22 is bored along a side wall on the eaves side of the recess 21a into the recess 21a providing the solar cell thereto, drain outlets of the drain gutter are adjacent to each other, and they are so opened that rain water naturally flows down on the surface of the solar cell loaded roof tile partially overlapping the end edges of the drain outlets. |
