PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit easy installation of a solar cell panel having a light weight, simple configuration, and excellent strength against wind without requiring a crane or scaffolding by providing a holding portion for holding a solar cell panel at a bracket fixed to the exterior surface of a building and opening the holding portion sideways. SOLUTION: Openings 15 are made in each long-sized channel-shaped frames installed parallel to each other at equal intervals on the roof top of a concrete building, and brackets 21, 31 corresponding to the openings are installed at portions 22, 32 alternately. Holding portions 24, 35 of both brackets 21, 31 for holding a light receiving surface of a solar cell panel P are opened sideways so as to permit the insertion of the solar cell panel P in a lateral direction. And the solar cell panel P is sequentially inserted from the openings, a gap is formed between the neighboring solar cell panels P, lines of the solar cell panels P are formed, and both the ends are closed and fixed by the end block 51 for blocking the movement in the lateral direction. |
