摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a silicon steel sheet excellent in surface properties and furthermore low in iron loss without executing hot rolled sheet annealing. SOLUTION: In the method for producing a nonoriented silicon steel sheet in which molten steel contg., by weight, <=0.005% C, 1.5 to 4.5% Si, 0.05 to 1.0% Mn, <=0.1% P, <=0.005% (including zero) N, <=1.0% Al and <=0.007% (including zero) S is formed into a slab, which is hot-rolled and is moreover subjected to cold rolling and annealing, at the time of hot-rolling the slab, it is heated at the reheating temp. of <=1,150 deg.C and is thereafter rolled-down at >=10% draft in a finishing stand, subsequently, its temp. is raised to 20 to 100 deg.C to the sheet temp. for >=2 sec holding time and, it is coiled at 630 to 750 deg.C.</p>
