摘要 PURPOSE: A sense amplifier driving circuit is provided, which represses an external power voltage to provide the repressed voltage a sense amplifier. CONSTITUTION: The sense amplifier driving circuit comprises: a differential amplifier (13) for comparing a reference voltage with a feed-back driving voltage and generating an output voltage according to the difference; a P channel transistor (Q1) which a gate is connected to an output point (G) and a source is connected to a wire (12), and a drain is connected to a power providing line (SAP); an N channel transistor (Q2) to be connected between the point (G) and the reference voltage (GND), which a control signal is provided to a gate; an N channel transistor (Q3) to be connected between the differential amplifier (13) and the reference voltage (GND), which the control signal is provided to a gate; and a P channel transistor (Q4) to be connected among the N channel transistor (Q3), the wire (12), and the point (G), which the control signal is provided to a gate. Thereby, it is possible to not generate the size increasement of the layout.
