PURPOSE: An electrostatic photosensitivity drum attaching method, electro-photographic photosensitivity drum replacement method, and process cartridge is provided, which attaches a electrostatic photosensitivity drum to a frame of a process cartridge installed to a main assembly body of an electro-photographic picture forming apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The process cartridge comprises: a photosensitivity drum (15) to be cleaned by a cleaning blade (16) and a cleaning roller (60), and be frictionized by the cleaning roller (60); a skipping sheet (18) to be contacted to the photosensitivity drum (15); a hole of a wall member (41) to be located at an outer side of a cleaning region (16a) of the photosensitivity drum (15); a paddle wheel (63) having two or more ribs (64), a transparent (63), and a hole (66); a toner catcher (67) to be installed on an upper portion of an inner space of the paddle wheel (63); and an intermediate chamber (47) for preventing a backflow of the toner. Thereby, it is possible to maintain the rotation accuracy of the electro-photographic photosensitivity drum.
