PURPOSE: An EEPROM inserting type one chip microcomputer is provided, which simultaneously tests the number of more products than the number of semiconductor chip by a test system. CONSTITUTION: The EEPROM inserting type one chip microcomputer comprises: a CPU (30) for performing a programmed command which expresses one work in a data processing mode; an EEPROM (36) for storing an information used in the data processing mode; a plurality of connecting pads to be classified into a first connecting pad group used for the work in the data processing mode and a second connecting pad group used in a test of the test mode; and a plurality of conductive path to be connected among a plurality of connecting pads, the CPU (30), and the EEPROM (36). Thereby, it is possible to save the testing cost of the EEPROM.
