METHOD OF AUTOMATICALLY EXCHANGING THREAD BOBBIN AND SPOOL DEVICE HAVING EXCHANGE UNIT

PURPOSE: A spool device is provided to automatically exchange a thread bobbin driven along the circumference on a spool device of a spinning machine for processing a continuously fed thread. CONSTITUTION: A method of automatically exchanging a thread bobbin includes the steps of:rolling a flowed-out strand on the circumference of a full bobbin after guiding a thread strand cut by a cutting device to an absorbing device by guiding the fed thread toward a suction nozzle and the cutting device after filling the bobbin; rolling the full bobbin on a track inclined to a discharge position from a winding position by releasing the bobbin from the contact position of a driving roller and a mounting; falling a prepared empty bobbin to the winding position as the mounting is contact with the driving roller after releasing the empty bobbin from a position prepared to use; and rolling the releasing thread inside of the suction nozzle on the circumference of the empty bobbin by a thread guide element and moving the thread together by catching it with the bobbin.
