<p>The present invention pertains to the field of physical culture and sports, can be used in the field of medicine and relates to a universal expander called 'health-maintaining circle'. In order to reach high loads, the expander is made in the shape of a closed circle which has a diameter of 500 to 1500 mm and is made of a resilient flat strip having a thickness of 2 to 100 mm and a width of 15 to 100 mm, the stretch ratio of the strip material being of at least 1.5. This universal expander replaces the traditional expanders for shoulders as well as a large variety of other sport training devices. This expander can be used for developing practically all the muscle groups of a person's body, including the leg muscles, and can also be used in weightlessness conditions. The use characteristics of the expander make it a universal one, reduce the production cost-value thereof and ensure its compactness.</p> |
