摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power system power flow monitoring device which can monitor the power system of a load system quantitatively with high precision without using a human power and, further, can understand a future total system power flow status with high precision, quantitatively and objectively. SOLUTION: A load presumption unit 11 presumes a present end load value (instantaneous value) in accordance with various types of data stored in a system state value storage unit 31, a reference power flow data storage unit 34, an equipment data storage unit 35 and a past record data storage unit 36, and by utilizing the characteristics of a radial system. A load prediction unit 13 predicts an end load value in future (on that day, tommorow, etc.), in accordance with the presumption result of the load presumption unit 11 and data stored in the past record data storage unit 36. A power flow calculation unit 15 calculates a present and future power flow statuses in accordance with data stored in the system state value storage unit 31 and a presumed data storage unit 14, and the present end load value (instantaneous value) presumed by the load presumption unit 11. A system reliability judgement unit 16 can monitor and judge the reliability of a whole object system not only at present but also in future in accordance with the presumption result of the load presumption unit 11 and, further, with the prediction result of the load prediction unit 13.
