PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the processing load of a business store and a center by making it unnecessary to inquiry from the center to the origin of transmission due to the unclear state of a sum on an exchange form. SOLUTION: The settlement processing of sum data among exchange form data read by an OCR device (S1) is operated by an OCR client in a business store in which the OCR device for operating the reading processing is set (S2), and the exchange form data after the sum settlement processing are transmitted through a correction client (S4) and a verification client (S5) to the center, and a centralized processing is operated by the center.
