An individual graphic arrangement means 3 converts input data into a graphic arrangement coordinate independent of the parent class and the child class, which are called by the combination inclusive arrangement control means 2. A plural classes overlap display means 7 overlaps and displays graphic coordinate data of the parent class and the child class, which are generated by the individual arrangement means 3. A GUI device 8 screen-displays data of the parent class, which is outputted from the plural classes overlap display means 7, by the overlap of the graphics by geographically arranging the parent class and logically arranging the child class.
