WIRE INSTALLATION METHOD WITH HANGING METAL SHEAVES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire installation method with metal hanging sheaves by which a thick wire or a plurality of wires can be installed. SOLUTION: A supporting wire 2 is stretched between supporting poles 1A-1D. Hanging metal sheaves 3 which have rollers 3a and 3b on their tops and bottoms respectively are hung from the supporting wire 2 with proper intervals. A wire 5 is pulled by a messenger wire 6 which is laid through the bottom rollers 3b of the respective hanging metal sheaves 3 to install. For this purpose, a constant tension device 13 by which the tension of the supporting wire 2 is kept constant is provided on the one end of the supporting wire 2. A winch 14 which pays off and takes up the supporting wire 2 is provided on the other side of the supporting wire 2. With this constitution, the wire can be installed while the tension of the supporting wire 2 is kept constant.
