A thermal plastic combination compound consisting of regenerated polypropylene and polyethylene blends with mixtures of unknown, unidentified compounds that create an unexpected unobvious result of a said thermal plastic that can be drawn into shapes and the methods for producing the said thermal plastic are disclosed.
