Frequency analysis means (3) inputs therein a signal containing a noise to perform frequency analysis; signal detection means (20) detect a signal portion from the frequency-analyzed signal ; noise prediction means (6) input therein the frequency-analyzed signal with a mingling of noise to predict a noise of the signal portion on the basis of the past information; cancel means (7) subtract the predicted noise from said frequency-analyzed signal with a mingling of noise; and band composition means (8) perform band composition on the canceled signal.
