PURPOSE: An end cap for an airbag module in an assistant seat is provided to absorb impact added in case of sudden brake by supplying an energy absorbing structure of plural circular holes or polygonal blanks for protecting a passenger. CONSTITUTION: Plural arc shaped blanks(26) are formed on a flat part(22) of an end cap(20). Herein, an edge(22a) of the flat part contains plural opening grooves(28). Therefore, the impact energy transferred from outside is absorbed by the arc shaped blanks and the opening grooves. Herein, the arc shaped blanks are arranged toward the radius direction of an initiator seating part(24) with a certain interval while extending toward the circumferential direction for a certain length. The number of the blanks is varied according to the capacity of an airbag. |
