PURPOSE: Provided is a fused protein, pTFβNeo-CD8-Fas, causing apoptosis. And a novel transformed strain which expresses the fused protein is also provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a strain expressing fused protein, pTFβNeo-CD8-Fas, is characterized by the following steps of: i) manufacturing DNA having cytoplasmic area between extracellular and transmembrane areas of protein CD8 of T lymphocyte; ii) injecting the DNA into human Jurkat T cell through electroporation; iii) selecting cells inserted with the DNA by using a gene resistant to neomycin in the DNA; iv) measuring the expression of CD8-Fas in the cells through FACS analysis and biotinylation; and v) checking through DNA fragmentation whether signal transfer system works by Fas when the strain is stimulated by antibodies.
