PURPOSE: A device for regulating the headrest angle for a vehicle is provided to reduce cost and to improve an assembling easiness and productivity by simplifying its structure, and to easily regulate its angle. CONSTITUTION: A device is composed of a fixing bracket(1) fixed on a stay(7) of a headrest, a pole latch(2) of which one side is combined with the fixing bracket by a rivet, a spring(3) connected to the pole latch(2) and the fixing bracket, a latch(4) inserted into the pole latch, a side cover fixed with the latch and a main spring(6) for connecting the side cover with the fixing bracket. When the angle of the headrest is regulated, the side cover and latch rotate centering on the headrest applied by the given force if force is applied toward a rear direction for a front direction. In addition, the inserting unit of the pole latch inserted into a first hanging sill compresses the spring(3) and rotates centering on the rivet connected with the fixing bracket.
