PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating material subject to an alkaline remover capable of keeping its blocking resistance, anti-rust property and press-moldability, and of besides improving its own removability due to the alkaline remover along with bearing stability as a coating material. SOLUTION: This coating material is obtained by including (A) an acrylic resin of water-soluble copolymer, (B) a neutralizing agent pref. containing an amine having a boiling point of >=160 deg.C and (C) an additive comprising (i) an alkyl sulfonic acid monoalkyl ester of formula I (R1 is a 10-50C alkyl; and R2 is an 1-8C alkyl) and (ii) at least one kind selected from an alkyl sulfonic acid dialkyl ester group of formula II.
