PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a line handwritten on a touch panel, etc., without using a complicated operation processing and also with a little memory capacity. SOLUTION: First, coordinates values obtained in a touch panel part are given to a coordinates value acquiring means 3. A coordinates value holding means 5 holds one or two coordinates values corrected in the past. A coordinates value correcting means 4 uses the current coordinates value and the coordinates values obtained from the means 5 and performs correction processing with weighted mean. By doing this, it is possible to maintain drawing quality and to perform correction with a simple configuration because the result becomes mathematically equivalent to that of the case where many coordinates values obtained in the past before correction are weighted and corrected.
