<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily take countermeasures if a computer goes out of order and to perform the inspection for preventive maintenance without any omission of maintenance check work by extracting information necessary for the maintenance, performing retrieval from a data table stored in a memory. SOLUTION: In the maintenance table stored in a memory 1 for maintenance data, the kind of contracts made as to maintenance items of computers, a time zone wherein maintenance operation is possible, and the commission company for the maintenance operation are made to correspond to the maintenance items in table form. A monitor means 2 monitors the state of a computer C, and a retrieval means 3 decides which maintenance item the maintenance operation for repairing the fault corresponds to when the monitor means 2 finds the fault of the computer C and retrieves the commission company for the maintenance operation corresponding to the maintenance item from the maintenance data table. A notification means 4 sends a request for the maintenance operation to the commission company and a display means 5 lists the maintenance data table on the screen.</p> |
