<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a sealing characteristic so as to prevent leakage of liquid by forming two taper faces with different tilting angles to the axial center on the end wall inside face of a sleeve and forming a crossing part between both taper faces into a ring type angle part for bringing a spool of a nipple and the end wall inside face of the sleeve into line contact with each other. SOLUTION: When an end wall 31 in a sleeve 3 is fitted in a sleeve mounting part 5 in a nipple 1, the outside face of the end wall 31 is pressed by a bead 5a, so that the end wall 31 is clamped between the bead 5a and a spool 5b. Two taper faces 37, 39 formed on the inside face 35 of the end wall 31 are brought into line contact with each other via a ring type angle part projected in a crossing part between both taper faces 37, 39 without any connection to a taper face 50 formed on the bead 5a side of the spool 5b. The ring type angle part is crimped so as to dig into the taper face 50 linearly, so that the end wall 31 and the spool 5b can be surely sealed together. In addition, concentricity between the nipple 1 and the sleeve 3 can be surely maintained, and this can provide an excellent sealing characteristic in combination with the line contact.</p> |
