PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select desired heat supply temperature from a heat source with unstable temperature, and to stabilize the heat supply temperature to a heat-storing tank and a load, by setting a heating medium to fluid containing a latent heat storing material in a heat- transferring device for transferring heat by a heat-transferring circulation system being connected to the heat source via the heating medium. SOLUTION: In a solar energy heating hot water supply system 10, heat-transferring circulation piping 13 is provided, where the piping 13 allows a heating medium to circulate between a solar energy collector 11 (a heat source) and a heat-storing tank 12, and at the same time a load 14 and an auxiliary heat source 15 are connected to the heat-storing tank 12. In this case, fluid including the latent heat storing material is used as the heating medium of the heat-transferring circulation piping 13. When heat source temperature (solar heat collecting temperature) becomes higher than selection temperature (the phase change temperature of the latent heat storing material), heat from the heat source is subjected to latent heat transfer for transferring to the heat-storing tank 12 and the load 14 as far as the range of the amount of latent heat until a phase change where the latent heat storing material is melted from solid to liquid is completed is not exceeded, thus performing heat transfer by using the selection temperature as the heat supply one to the heat-storing tank 12 or the like by the heating medium even when the amount of heat collection in the heat source with unstable temperature is large. |
