CARRYING GUIDE FOR FIXING SECTION IN IMAGING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent creasing even in the case of a continuous sheet provided with breakable cut lines at a constant interval while preventing generation of a clashing noise or defective printing. SOLUTION: A sheet feed guide 450 and an auxiliary guide 470 are disposed on the upstream side in the carrying direction of a heat roller 410 and a press roller 420 at a fixing section 400. The sheet feed guide 450 comprises a horizontal plate section 450A and an inclining plate section 450B formed at an end part of the horizontal plate section 450A. The auxiliary guide 470 comprises a guide plate section 470C extending substantially horizontally from the forward end of the inclining plate section 450B being jointed to the sheet feed guide 450 toward a press joint 440 of the heat roller 410 and the press roller 420. Forward end 470D of the guide plate section 470C faces the press joint 440 of the heat roller 410 and the press roller 420 immediately in front thereof.
