PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely set the stroke of a plunger by regulating the stroke of the plunger by a specific number of planes of a specific number of members pinching a cylinder in an electromagnetic pump reciprocating the plunger in the cylinder by the electromagnetic force and elasticity of a spring. SOLUTION: A plunger 2 is slidably fitted to a cylinder 1 and energized in the right direction by a compression coil spring 8. An inner yoke 3 opposed to the plunger 2 is press fitted in an end yoke 4 and the end yoke 4 is calked with the outer yoke 5. A coil 16 is covered with a resin mold 14 along with a coil bobbin 13 and a valve seat 7 is press fitted in the inner yoke 3 in a positioned state. A spacer 20 having both faces formed plane and ring-shaped is energized by a wave washer 21 interposed in a space toward a nipple 6 to press contact the left end face of the cylinder with the inner yoke 3 and engaged with the level difference face of the plunger 2 so as to regulate the stroke of the plunger 2.
