<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject composition satisfying adhesivity, surface hardness, etc., flattening difference in level of a color filter being a base substrate, suitable a protective film forming material for an optical device by making the composition include a specific (co)polymer, a polyfunctional carboxylic acid anhydride and an epoxy group-containing compound. SOLUTION: This composition comprises (A) a (co)polymer containing >=30 mol% structural unit of formula I (R1 is H or a 1-5C alkyl; R2 is H, methyl or the like; m is 1-8), (B) at least one kind of compound selected from a polyfunctional carboxylic acid (anhydride) (e.g. trimellitic anhydride and, phthalic acid, etc.), and (C) an epoxy group-containing compound of formula II [R3 and R4 are each a group of formula III (R7 is H, a 1-5C hydrocarbon or the like) or the like; R5 and R6 are each H, a 1-5C hydrocarbon or the like].</p> |
