FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: material transfer tool has cutting plate and plate controlling handle. Plate has plurality of closed through openings. Plate area is defined by its outer perimeter. Material supporting surface is defined by plate outer perimeter and through openings, and has area making 50-80% of total plate surface area. When tool plate penetrates into pile of material, its effective area is defined by portion of plate perimeter introduced into pile of material and by through openings arranged on this portion of plate. Total effective material supporting area is 50-80%. Material transfer tool is of minimum weight.
