<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide two sides alignment transfer equipment of a chip which aligns the direction of a chip in the course of transferring the chip to a next process. SOLUTION: A rotor 1 is so arranged that the recessed part 3 can pass through the inside of slits of a disk wheel 5. A jetting port is arranged facing the left side slit of the disk wheel 5. When a recessed part 3 of a back-facing chip t is engaged and made to coincide with the right side slit of the disk wheel 5 and the chip t is transferred in the slit, the disk wheel 5 is rotated 180 deg.. The right side slit is rotated to the left side, and the chip t is turned over and shows its surface. Also the chip t is restored and loaded in the right side slit, i.e., the recessed part 3 of the rotor 1 by the suction of a suction port of the recessed part 3 of rotor 1 at the same time with blowing and transferring the chip t in the left side slit to the right side slit by jetting force of the jetting port. The chip t is made to pass through the inside of the right side slit and transferred to the next stage by rotation of the rotor 1.</p> |
