<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the output of a solar battery cell by forming a large texture area in such a way that the textures formed in the peripheral section of a texture forming area and the texture formed in the inside area of the peripheral edge section are set at different sizes. SOLUTION: In the texture forming area F of a solar battery cell excluding the outer peripheral section and surface electrode forming spots of the cell, textures 9a-9d having inverted pyramid-like shapes are formed. The sizes of the textures 9b-9d formed in the peripheral section of the area F are made smaller than that of the texture 9a formed in the inside area of the peripheral section. Consequently, the area of the flat section in the area F becomes smaller and the occupying areas of the textures 9a-9d become larger, Therefore, the electric output of the solar battery cell can be improved.</p> |
