<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module capable of achieving the insulation of a power generation active part from the peripheral part of a light- transmitting substrate and in its turn from a frame in a high productivity. SOLUTION: This thin-film solar cell module is formed by a method, wherein at least each a part of a transparent electrode layer 2, an optical semiconductor layer 4 and a metal layer 6, which are formed on a light-transmitting substrate 1, is separated into a plurality of cells by a process using a light beam and the cells are electrically integrated, and the layers 2, 4 and 6 on the periphery part of the substrate 1 are removed mechanically.</p> |
