<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the erroneous recording of information in the tape of a cassette or the like, from which a folding take-out lug is removed, by a simple structure. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a lever member 6 having one end 8 placed oppositely to a recording button 11 side and the other end 7 placed oppositely to the erroneous recording preventing hole 4b side of a cassette 4, and a spring body 10 pressing the other end 7 of the lever member 6 toward the erroneous recording preventing hole 4b side of the cassette. When the cassette 4 having the erroneous recording preventing hole 4b placed in an open state is loaded on a cassette loading section, the other end 7 of the lever member 6 is inserted into the erroneous recording preventing hole 4b by the pressing force of the spring body 10, and one end 8 of the lever member 6 is abutted on the recording button 11 to regulate its movement. When the cassette 4 having the erroneous recording preventing hole 4b placed in a closed state is loaded on the cassette loading section, the other end 7 of the lever member 6 is abutted on the closed section 4c of the erroneous recording preventing hole 4b, and one end 8 of the lever member 6 is separated from the recording button 11 to be made freely movable against the pressing force of the spring body 10.</p> |
